AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Dianne White, gets you back on track with a two-part arms workout that helps tone arms without bulking up! Part one focuses on the biceps (front of the arm) while part two finishes up the toned look with the triceps (back of the arm). Do both of these workouts together or alternate between biceps and triceps for toned arms in no time! All you need is a set of hand weights and 10 minutes – time to get pumping!
