Liplicious lip gloss from Bath & Body Works

“I’ve never been a huge fan of lip gloss by any means, however, I all of the sudden went into this new obsession mode of always wearing lip gloss. I ended up going to the mall the other day and spending 15 bucks on lip gloss!! Not only does it add a perfect touch of gloss and shimmer – it tastes great! My personal favorite? Cherry Vanilla of course.”

- Available at Bath & Body works for $7

Zumba

“Everytime I leave zumba class I’m instantly in a good mood. I tried over and over again to find a fitness program that I liked (I wasn’t quite flexible enough for yoga, not strong enough for Iron Grip, and I never got the “runner’s high” from 5k training). Finally I realized that I don’t like working out, so any exercising I do has to be “disguised.” Zumba comes masked as a dance class – a mix of latin and hip hop moves. It is SO much fun that I completely forget I’m working out!”

Wii

“By no means would I consider myself a “gamer” but I am totally hooked on the Nintendo Wii. A Wii provides a more active way to enjoy the classic video game. My arm muscles are currently throbbing from some intense rounds of Wii boxing, and I spent hours with friends playing the Super Mario Brothers game designed for the Wii. I will admit it, I am 22 years old, and obsessed with Nintendo Wii.”

- Nintendo Wii Console available at Best Buy for $199

Sunjar

“For years my guy Daniel and I have been outdoing each other in crazy gifts. I usually hold my own but this year he topped me. A sunjar is a frosted “jam” jar that contains a LED light and solar panels. Simply open the top of the jar and place near a window during the day, then at night close it and watch it glow! It requires no batteries because the solar panels store the energy, and it might just be the coolest thing ever!!!! Make everyone jealous and treat yourself to one of these beauties.”

- Order from www.thinkgeek.com for $30-35 (3 colors – pink, yellow, & blue!)

Gloria Jeans Swiss Chocolate Almond Coffee

“I recently bough a Keurig coffee machine with money I had from Christmas. This has got to be the best flavor that I’ve tried so far. Just a little cream and sugar and you’ve got yourself a delicious winter treat.”

Sunsets

“They’re so beautiful…and totally free to watch! (And who doesn’t love free entertainment?) To think that the God who created that wants to hang out with me and you is pretty incredible. I love how each of the sunsets can be so different, too. Some nights they’re tinted pink, other nights more orange, some night there’s more silhouettes from the clouds across the sky, some nights not so much…so amazing. I have no artistic talent whatsoever – but clearly, God’s pretty good! I usually don’t take time to take in the sunsets, but they’re my recent obsession, and watching them has been so great! Give yourself a free treat and take time to watch one by yourself or with some friends – take pictures, journal, or just be quiet and watch…I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!”

  1. I LOVE the B&BW lip gloss! One of my best friends got me the vanilla cream eggnog for Christmas & I always carry the cotton candy one in my bag!

  2. Zumba is definitely on the top of my list for a fun workout. I recently joined a rock climbing class too, which I would recommend :)

  3. Ohh that lip gloss sounds good! I need to try it! :)
